The Cult series Silent Hill is back one year after the lackluster installment of silent hill 5, with Silent Hill Shattered memories on the WII. Don’t get me wrong i love the whole series, however the games have become somewhat stale and almost a parody of themselves . Always a lone character lost in a strikingly similar town (albeit different locations throughout) fighting off similar enemies with similar weapons, with little effort to actually progress the mythos of the silent hill saga. Also since i have yet to play a game I,ve felt was worth buying on the Wii I was somewhat reluctant that shattered memories was exclusive to Nintendo. I doubt no more.

Jesus is the reason for the season?

Posted: 26th December 2009 by Jon in NEWS

No unfortunately not. The wonderful christian bumper sticker is unfortunately incorrect. It should read Emperor Constantine is the reason for the season… Christianity has nothing to do with it.  Thank Mithra

Mithra was an embodiment of the sun, so this period of its rebirth was a major day in Mithraism, which had become Rome’s latest official religion with the patronage of Aurelian. It is believed that the emperor Constantine adhered to Mithraism up to the time of his conversion to Christianity. He was probably instrumental in seeing that the major feast of his old religion was carried over to his new faith” (The Christmas Almanac, 1979, p. 17).

It has been bothering me for months, until last week i figured  out who Nancy Pelosi looks like! Nay not looks like….who Nancy Pelosi is. She is obviously reverend Kane in drag back from the other side to drag our souls away from the  light.  This revelation sent me In search of  my very own  Native American Shaman and kind hearted midget psychic to help dispel the evil ever growing to the east. Living in Chicago this could be quite a feat but ill keep you posted of my progress!
