All right…I am not and have never been a fan of Anime, so Avatar: the Last Airbender (though I have heard good things) has pretty much been on the edge of my radar for years. After M. Night Shayimalamanamithaninan’s …(whatever)… last movie The Happening was a flop, he decided it was time for him to commit the writer/director walk of shame and direct some one else’s script.

The Movie that picked him up was The Last Airbender, name slightly changed due to Avatar already being in theaters. Now I dont know much about the plot other than it involves an epic battle between Benders (not the awesome robot) who control different elements from nature. Avatar being the last of the air benders…hence the name. From what I can see, this movie is either going to be epically Lame or a great martial arts movie. Judging on other american made martial arts movies and Shmiliyonganon’s track record im gonna bet lame…but i guess one can hope. Click on over to see the trailer
